NZXT follows a simple naming convention for their Kraken AIOs. It consists of a three-digit naming with the first digit defining the series, second digit defining the size of the radiator and the third digit defines the generation.

Naming:

1st digit:

  • M - Budget
  • X - Mid-tier
  • Z - High-end

2nd digit:

  • 2 - 120mm
  • 4 - 140mm
  • 5 - 240mm
  • 6 - 280mm
  • 7 - 360mm

3rd digit

  • 1 - First Generation
  • 2 - Second Generation
  • 3 - Third Generation
