Kraken AIOs Naming Scheme

NZXT follows a simple naming convention for their Kraken AIOs. It consists of a three-digit naming with the first digit defining the series, second digit defining the size of the radiator and the third digit defines the generation.

1 - Tier 2 - Size 3 - Generation

1st digit (Tier):[edit | edit source]

  • M - Budget (Current revisions have an RGB ring surrounding the logo on the CPU block, pump is located in the radiator)
  • X - Mid-tier (Current revisions feature an "Infinity mirror" RGB ring surrounding the logo on the CPU block, pump is located inside is CPU block)
  • Z - High-end (Current revisions feature a LCD screen on the CPU block, pump is located inside is CPU block)

2nd digit (Radiator size):[edit | edit source]

  • 2 - 120mm
  • 4 - 140mm
  • 5 - 240mm
  • 6 - 280mm
  • 7 - 360mm

3rd digit (Generation):[edit | edit source]

  • 0 - First Generation
  • 1 - Second Generation
  • 2 - Third Generation
  • 3 - Fourth Generation
