Delta fans follow a clear 8-segment naming scheme for their fans, in 2 parts separated by a hyphen (-). Example: AFB1212HE-BF00
- The first segment consists of three alphabets, defining the Series Code.
- The second segment is 2-3 digits and defines the dimensions of the fan frame.
- The third segment is 2 digits specifying the operating voltage of the fan.
- The fourth segment can be 1-2 alphabets, it describes the speed of the fan.
- The fifth segment is a singular alphabet, specifying the thickness of the fan frame.
- The sixth segment describes the frame type.
- The seventh segment specifies the signal output of the fan, if any.
- The eight segment specifies the signal output voltage of the fan
